Beautiful ambiance with well-kept gardens.
I was incredibly disappointed with the limited food options, as there are hardly any restaurants outside the hotel. The restaurant service was painfully slow, with waits of 30-40 minutes for our meals. our room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle, bottled water, and any means to make tea or coffee. These basic expectations were not met, especially given the price we paid.
